Hi, I'm Renee. A mom, a wife, and just like you, someone looking to live their best life. 

Just seven years ago, I was in the midst of a deep midlife crisis. My youngest son had gone to college, leaving me with an empty house for the first time in two decades. The absence caused me to question my very existence, from my marriage to career. Though I always exercised and ate well, my mind was working against me. I was allowing my anxiety to take over. 

This dark place forced me to reconfigure my lifestyle, starting with an emphasis on yoga and overall mindfulness. Seven years later, I've never felt more balanced. 

The stresses of everyday life may make it seem impossible to even squeeze in a quick run every morning, never mind achieving mental wellness. I'm here to tell you that's wrong. It is possible to prioritize self-care without sacrificing responsibilities. This nervous wreck who spends her days driving to Connecticut for her sales job and managing an entire household –– while still finding time to teach yoga and pursue personal passions –– is living proof.
